Working together
A clear path from brief to delivery- 01
Understand the need
We talk about your business, the problem to solve and what a useful result looks like.
- 02
Agree the scope
You get a defined scope, quote and delivery plan before the build begins.
- 03
Design & build
We shape the experience, build it and check the details, with your feedback at agreed review points.
- 04
Launch & hand over
We review the finished work, prepare the launch and hand over the accounts, code and guidance. Your care plan keeps things running from there.
Human judgement / AI-assisted development
We use Codex and Claude Code to assist development. We own the design decisions, review, testing and delivery, and take on work we can understand, check and support.
Who you’ll work with
Commercial mind.
Creative instinct.
Builder’s mindset.
Good digital work starts with understanding your business: who it serves, what it needs to communicate and how it works day to day.
Founder Erik Sawaya brings twenty years of commercial and creative experience to that conversation. He’s run studios in Europe, built a photography business across Australia and New Zealand, and co-founded WERKET to bring strategy, brand, photography, film and websites together.
Our own product work, including Proof, Sixish and Good Walks, brings that thinking into interfaces and everyday workflows. It gives us a practical perspective on what it takes to design, build, check and improve a digital experience.
Erik stays hands-on and works with you directly, from the first conversation through to delivery, with clear decisions and a scope we both understand.
