Platforms / Fees / OwnershipWhich booking platform will you use?
The one that suits your business, not a fixed favourite. Common choices include Square Appointments, Fresha, Cliniko, Calendly and Acuity, with Stripe or Square for payments. We’ll recommend one after our first conversation and explain why.
Do I need a new website?
No. Booking setup connects to the website you already have. If your current site makes booking hard, the Booking website option builds one around it.
What about platform and payment fees?
Booking platforms and payment providers charge their own subscription and transaction fees. These are paid directly by you, and we’ll show you the expected costs before we choose a platform.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. The booking, payment and website accounts are set up in your name, and your client data stays yours.
How long does it take?
Booking setup usually takes one to two weeks, depending on how quickly we can confirm your services and availability. A Booking website typically takes three to four weeks.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are in AUD and GST is added. Booking setup is 50% to start and 50% when it goes live.
